1. Recruiters :- (0-3 years of experience)

  • i. Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • ii. Work with recruiting team members
  • iii. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and goals
  • iv. Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
  • v. Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • vi. Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
  • vii. Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • viii. Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires

Qualification :- Minimum Graduate with excellent communication skills.

2. HR Executives/ Managers :- (1- 5 years of experience)

  • i. Responsible for building relationships with business teams to implement strategies that meet the development objectives
  • ii. Serve as primary contact for all client groups to assist employees in resolving issues and grievances
  • iii. Develop HR/people oriented programs to positively impact change management
  • iv. Assess employee development needs and make recommendations for appropriate solutions
  • v. Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building
  • vi. Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
  • vii. Provides expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.

Qualification :- MBA with HR domain with valuable experience and team handling ability

3. Corporate Communication Executives/ Managers :- (0-5 years of experience)

  • i. New Client acquisition
  • ii. Develop business
  • iii. Maintain relationship with clients
  • iv. Complete targets
  • v. Maintain Proper MIS

Qualification :- Minimum graduate with good communication skill and good knowledge about the market.

4. Training Consultant:- (Experienced in providing technical or soft skill training can apply)

  • i. Carry out Training need analysis.
  • ii. Formulating different training modules.
  • iii. Interacting and supporting senior training consultant.
  • iv. Carrying out training at client location.
  • v. Should be flexible enough to move to different location for implementing training.

Qualification :- Certified trainer with good communication skill.

5. OD Consultant :- (4-8 years of experience)

  • i. Implementation and working on Performance management system (PMS) , Balanced score card, KRAs and KPIs, 360 degree performance evaluations, Competency Mapping, Bell curve, Increment, Promotion & structured appraisal process.
  • ii. Drafting, circulating and explanation of JDs to respective job holders throughout the organization.
  • iii. Documenting and Implementing company HR Policy Manual and Employee handbook.
  • iv. Organization Development (OD): Grade designation structuring, Talent Management, Organization structuring, Employee satisfaction surveys , Roll out of employee help desk.
  • v. Goal setting based on Balanced Score Card and other techniques.
  • vi. Interacting and supporting senior training & OD consultant.
  • vii. Should be flexible enough to move to different location for implementing training.

Qualification :- MBA in HR with good hands on experience .
